decals

I have large on my Puma

I just bought the large decals for my classic, but I think they are a little bit too big. They seem to look right on the larger boats, but they seem too big for the 19 ft boats. This may just be a preference. I may return them and get the medium. Anybody have pictures of the medium/large decals on a classic or P2. Thanks everybody. OK, I just need to figure out if the large ones will look right, or if I should get the medium decals. It seems like the large decal wont fit between the chines (I think thats what theyre called). I put the large on my 05 Classic. You have to move them a little more forward. I think they look great. The medium will be too small IMHO. Brian

A foot shorter than a PII or Classic.

One more note of advice about placing the decals. Be sure to clean the area very well, then wipe down with alcohol. Use a small sprayer bottle full of water and mix in a few drops of liquid soap. Spray some soapy water on the area before you place the stickers on the boat. Expose the adhesive side of the decals only, and place on the soapy area. The soapy water will allow you to adjust the placement to your preference. When you get it where you want it, smooth out all the bubbles and leave the outer paper part on the stickers for a day or two to let the water dry out.
