New to BassCat

Just got from a long drive selling my 2004 Stratos 201 with Merc 250XS and picked up a new Puma FTD in TN.Havent had it in the water yet but put it in the garage and have been playing around with it. Ive had a ranger a couple of Stratos boats and a few others and can say that from what I can see these are the nicest made boats I have ever been in. All the little things are just amazing! Have a few things that I want to do to it like add a humminbird 998 and a stereo. Cant wait to get it out on the water and feel how it rides.

This forum is your owners manual. You can do a search here or in the FAQ section on about any topic you have a question on. We will help too. schodackbassman, thanks for your input. My eyes are fryed from reading all of the posts and FAQ section, the posts are exactly why I decided to bid on the Bass Cat over any another brand. Bank repos are at an all time high with this economy and some good buys are available if you look hard. Boats, RVs and ATVs seem to have taken the biggest hit as many bought their toys during the real estate boom and used their home equity as an ATM card. If I could figure how to post pics you could see its a beauty and bought for more than $7,000 less than the NADA average boat value.

Devoreflyer,Welcome to the BCB Family. If you did not know this or some else has not mentioned this to you, you may want to contact BCB about picking up the oppional warrenty on your Boat. that warrenty is good for the fiberglass portion.I thank the cost is some where in or around $100.00 dollarsAgain BCB can get you all the information and details on the warrenty and what it covers. Have fun with the Boat

Side view. Wire transfered payment to the bank today. Will travel to Reno, NV next week to pick it up. Then the “FUN” begins.
