looking for hydrowave mounting ideas and pics

I havent bought a Hydrowave yet, but since space is limited on my Sabre, Iv thought about mounting it in the storage compartment in front of the drivers console. My LSS unit is already in there.The main drawback to this is that I have to open the compartment to adjust anything. But I know it will be out of sight, and if someone wants to steal it, theyll have to work for it.

I put mine just to the right of the foot pedal and graph. I drilled 2 holes through the carpet, its out of the way and works great.

Me too, but a bit back, beside rod butts against gunnell, works great.

On my PIV I mounted the hydrowave rotated counter clockwise 90, in front and left of TM pedal. I just used Velcro instead of mounting brackets, didnt want to loose room for rods by mounting on the deck. Easy to remove and put of the way, and passages dont hit it trying to jump on board at launch ramp

Im wondering if the speaker could be placed in the boat similar to the way a through hull transducer is mounted. There are those table speakers that use the surface to amplify the sound. I like to keep the deck as clean and trip free as possible. Being a cluts has its down falls ;-)DwaynePractice Angling CPRCatchPictureRelease2010 PIV 200SHO
