2009 cougar ftd w/merc 250 opti talked to steves prop shop and they recommended the bravo 1xs have 26 fury never been too happy w/holeshot best speed ever 79 but after several incidents with obstacles and couple of reworks never got that speed again usually about 76 thinking about trying the bravo would appreciate any comments about this and if i use this prop does it use same hub and thrust washer thanks

Tried a 27 bravo fs on my puma ftd. Sold it and still using a 25 and 26 fury as they run the best. On my rig holeshot was worse witht eh bravo and top end was 3-4 mph slower. It had great cruising rpm performance. Terrible prop for loading boat on trailer too.
Fury best all around prop. If you were doing 79 at one time and cant get that now after several reworks, then the reworks were poor. Do yourself a favor and get another Fury!
