Fantastic motivation!!! It is VERY possible. I lost 40lbs in just over 2 months. I started out walking 30 minutes a day and cutting out all my beloved “Cokes” and cutting my meal portions down. I couldnt give up the things I loved so I just cut back. I then increased my walking to an hour a day and lifting weights also. By the middle of the 2nd month, I was walking 7 miles (it took just over 2 hours), lifting weights, and doing an abdominal workout video. There are lots of ways to reach your goal and what worked for me may not work for anybody else. Im just saying that your goal is not out of reach.
