Wow, what a great read!! Are you kidding me, the owner of the company personally got involved to fix a problem and then took the time to professionally respond to an ex-customer that is one of those one in a thousand guys that will never be satisfied. I am partners in a small business and I know how tough it is to satisfy some folks and then be professional when they are unreasonable! You guys are building my new boat right now (I hope) and I could not be more confident that it will meet all my expectations. Have been kicking around the idea of driving to the factory to pick it up just to meet you guys in person. I really hope my schedule will allow it. If I dont get down for the pick up Ill drop by the next time Im at Bull Shoals or look you up at the owners tournament.

Wow, amazing but not surprising how Rick and BCB stepped up above and beyond! Im on my second BassCat and it wont be my last….although it could be if I wanted cause it will outlast me . Hopefully i can look forward to many more years of fishing and more BassCats.

When I bought my new boat last year I could have purchased any brand out there….I drove 6 hours to pick up my new Bass Cat from Sherms marine and on the way passed right by alot of other brands dealers that are a lot closer…..Examples like this are exactly why I choose Bass Cat….SERVICE………

25 minutes of my life I wont get back, only to learn what I already knew. Folks, there are very few companies run as well as Bass Cat and I dont just mean boat companies either.Britt2010 Jaguar Owner

The response Rick provided was exactly what I expected. When I met Rick, he was upside down under the console of JStews Sabre working on his dash. I knew at that moment that I would never own another brand of boat. You just do not see that level of service from other companies.
