fury 24 pitch

a friend bought a new 24 p fury for his boat but it will not fit without modifying the trim tab, which he does not want to do. so I am considering buying it from him, will the 24 pitch prop be to small for my 08 pantera 2 with a 200 optimax. I am running a 25 tempest now, with good performance.

Fairly simple solution:Remove the trim tab and replace it with the flat kind. If it is a Merc, the trim tab does nothing anyway.direct replacementjwt

i just switched from a 25 tempest to a 24 fury B&Bed by mark croxton and have better holeshot, all the way to more lift and better top end with tons of midrange! this is all on a heavy loaded 99 cougar with 99 2.5Lefi 200 66.4 with everything we own and 430lb bewtween me and dad . so you should have plenty of power running the newer motor
