They wont be doing demo rides, though they did have it in the water today.

They did allow a few staffer(s) to drive/ride the boat and took a few images of the boat running. They did not discuss anything other than it was above 70 MPH and ran well. They said it met expectations and there would be no hull tweaks they need to do. They did a drive by past GSP docks at weigh in area for a few quick pics. They did not demo the boat for anyone though did tow someone in with it. Everyone is sworn to keep it quiet on performance as they do not want false numbers with expectations before production is tested as they dont want false expectations should production weights not meet those. This is not a light build and they still have the final numbers in the air. Now that the OI is done they are moving to get more data.They indicated is was far from a disappointment and in present R&D form it exceeded what they expected. With fishing in the area when BCB was running the Lynx, it looked impressive. It would be interesting to know what the numbers were after watching it make 8-10 passes up and down the lake.

Yeah I know its not going to happen. Just seeing it, I have a range in mind and will be curious when it does come out how close my assumptions are based on watching it.

can anyone tell me who has seen in person thoughts on size of step up to front deck?

Monte,I was at the Classic and the Owners Invitational, and have spent a lot of time crawling in, over and around the Lynx.When I first saw the step, I wondered if it was too small. After repeatedly climbing up and down from cockpit to deck, I think it is fine. I never missed a step or felt unsafe. Im 64, and not overly graceful, for what that is work.Have not run it, but I really like the features and layout of the Lynx
