If you are talking about the courtesy lights, then with the main power switch on, you just tilt the lens up or down. If they still do not come on then you probably need to pull them and clean the oxidation on the brass wheels and contacts. To pull the lens and contact assembly, I use a small screwdriver and insert on the end between the outer body and the lens assembly, and while prying gently the lens assembly will come out a bit, repeat on the other side and pull assembly out.

2001. I can get the anchor lights to work. And yes the courtesy lights! You just tilt them up or down to turn on after turning on main power? I will keep messing with them, thanks allot!

The lights operate as described: you push on the lens to tilt up or down as needed. Off is in the middle. That having been said, they may need dis-assembly and cleaning of the electrical contacts. As nice as the lights are, and I do like them, they need periodic maintenance.
