cougar ftd prop/setup??

if running 26 fury and trying 26 and 27 trophy plus..would engine height normally be same, higher, or lower..fury works pretty good but I just cant get the numbers that lots of people on this board are claiming..77 is best speed I have ever reached!! ran 26 trophy yesterday at same height as fury..more rpm but slower speed..5950 rpm/74 mph. weather was no fun so didnt stay out there messing with adjustments..thanks for any input.

Trophy props = higher. Though a lot depends on the wheel, your load, and a lot of other variables. Whats your top rpms with the Fury?

normally top rpms are about 5800..load doesnt seem to affect performance very much..speed usually 74.5 to 76.2..standard plate approx 1/2″ above flush

We actually run similar heights on the Trophy and Fury propellers. Since we find few applications for this rig that run better with a Tempest, we have no opinion on that propeller for height. BCB
