sabre and 175xs

I ran a 24 Fury and a 25 Tempest on my Sabre with a 150 XR-6. I would think that a 25 Fury would run great. I know the XR-6 was a beast of a 150 but that new 175 should be able to turn it and set up right you should see some great numbers.

I run a Trophy Plus 25 on mine. Excellent hole shot. Carries the bow well at low speeds.Best tournament load speed (Live Wells empty) 69.4 Mph.

Mines not a 175, but the Trophy carries, handles, and runs better than either the Tempest or Fury. With a load – the Trophy is faster. I spend a ton more time tourney loaded than light. The Tempest is second best on carrying. The Fury takes legs to stretch out. Fury might be better with the 175, but my experience is the Tempest accelerates better. Fury is ultimately the fastest light.

I have a sabre with 175 pro xs and I am running a 24 tempest with really good result. Blistering holeshot, 68-69 mph top end. Carries the bow well and only chine walks if you let it.

Ive run 25 tempest (69.2), worked 24 tempest & 25 fury. The fury is faster out of the light or loaded & faster overall 70.96 with my 07 Sabre/175 pro/xs combo. That being said Id try a 24 fury if you run a lot of hot weather & full tourney loads frequently. height 3 3/8ths to 3 1/2 with fury. the tempest likes height & you will run out of w/p as speeds increase. I added scoops (w/tempest) & they slowed me a little as well as picked up debris so I took them off. Good luck! John
