Mercury 150 optimax engine break in

After the initial engine break in hours have been completed is there any maintenance that needs to done right away? Looking through the manual I did not see anything mentioned about this. thanks for the help in advance.

I was told between 10-20 hours to have the lower unit oil changed.Ron
