Are the lights not working on the charger? If they arent then the charger is probably not charging. You can use a volt meter to check and see if voltage increases on the battery after you charge it in. You can also look on your electronics (depth finder) and see if the voltage increases there as well. Though you wont be able to see what the troller batteries are doing. If the lights are working on the charger, then I would assume the charger is working correctly.

Not sure of the problem but if your batteries are very low on charge your on board charger may not be recognizing the batteries. If this is your case, try charging them with a regular manual charger and bring them up a bit so the on board will the be able to recognize and charge them. I know this sounds crazy but it is what it is. Usually with most onboard chargers, if they are blinking, you have a problem. Glynn

well all lights are working. the #2 bank is on a new battery , which was replaced twice this year! the other banks are showing 14v on meter this one is showed 6v initially then up to 11v?

Try rotating the wires to another battery, and those wires from that battery to the lower one you have to replace. Then you can verify if that voltage goes up or continues. If it continues, then you have a faulty charger.
