I currently have Aurora cover for my FTD, but looking for additional protection for my boat from upcoming Winter…Is there any soft top cover/tent type that you can recommend…Thanks in advance

We think you are looking for a light frame tent, like an EZ Up. Those work pretty well, and they are available 10 x 20 in size.You will have to anchor the legs, and it wont be real durable, though it will work. The other option is these portable styles of canopy carport covers that are not that unreasonable. BCB

Well heres my country cure. I made a pvc frame using 2 0r 21/2 inch pvc pipe with three ts one down leg to go over each seat pedistel and one in the middle that reaches the floor. I extended the front and back ts with a 2-3 foot piece of pvc and cover with a good tarp and strap it down good. The trap will cover the sides and keep sun and water off. Most of the tarps ive used wear out where they bend over the pvc but a cheap wal-mart tarp will last 3-5 months. a heaver tarp 6-8 months. Too heavy and the pvc wont stand up to it. Its works for less than a hundred bucks if your in a pinch. 14×24 tarp It could be 12×24 i cant remember.Good luck.Catallacin in Da Cat,BCCOh yeah, with it “tented” water wont pool on top of the tarp.
