I had the same problem with mine. I would call Pete in parts. He will have the adhesive and will give you instructions as well.
I seem to recall a thread on re-gluing the fender to bracket a couple months back. Try a search on here, might find the info you are looking for.

Call parts. They have the right stuff and instructions to do this!
I believe the factory uses a windshield urethane adhesive called “Euroflex”
Plain old contact cement has held in for going on 5 years for me.Treat everyday like it might be the last
Urethane windshield adhesive.
