I Need a new prop and some help

Hi there, I just inspected my boat and noticed that my prop is bent outward. I either need to have it re-worked or I need a new prop. Question # 1 Does anybody know of a place that can re-work my prop quickly?Question # 2 What kind of prop does anybody reccomend for a 91 Pantera II with a 91, 200 Mariner EFI. Right now I am using a 3 blade 23 pitch Laser II and getting about 62 MPH but am dragging out of the hole.Any help is greatful, Ruben

Ruben, you need to give a little more info. for somebody to help you out with a prop. How many RPMs you are turning at wide open throttle and if you have a jack plate on this boat. Am no expert but I do not think you should be dragging only running a 23 pitch prop. Most guys I know running a 200 HP can turn a 25 pitch prop. Also, a 4 bladed rprop will get you out of the hole a little better in most cases. If you will give a little more info. somebody will be more than glad to help out. As for your prop, yes it can be repaired. You need to let us know where you are at and I bet somebody can recommend a prop shop. I have a guy that does them here for me and he would be more than glad to do yours if you wanted to ship it to him. There is also a guy on Bass Boat Centrals web site named Mark Claxton that is supposed to be pretty good and has a pretty good turn around on props that are sent to him.
