Guys, I need to acknowledge the excellent service that I have received from H2O Sportz. I recently ordered my first Cat a Sabre FTD w/ 175 Opti ProXS after months of research. I talked with Ken and his crew about it at the Little Rock boat show and ordered it about a week later. Anyway, I went in to see Ken on Tuesday to tell him that I wanted him to order a couple of extras for the boat to be added in their shop. When we started talking, he told me that the first thing I mentioned, a DC on-board charger, had caused them problems in the past and probably wasnt necessary anyway with the setup I was getting. Next I asked about some very expensive AGM batteries as a substitute for the regular batteries. Again, Ken told me that was probably just not something I would want. The point is I was trying to spend some money with H2O Sportz and Ken wasnt about to let me just waste the money. All he said was that they would appreciate the chance to service the boat when needed. Well I can promise you that the first time I need a wrench I will head straight there and anytime thereafter.
