Crappie Fishing

I know the majority of Bass Cat owners bass fish. But, I bet there are some of you who crappie fish as well. I would like to see how youve rigged your boat to crappie fish.ThanksMike

I crappie fish out of my Cougar all the time and I have not rigged it up any special way. Pull up to some brush or tree and drop a jig. Bam pour the grease

Genrally have bass and crappie stuff in the boat with me, in the fall I focus on crappie, but nothing special with rigging just fish. Would like to go with ibnrut, if he carries the grease with him that is awesome!!! My buddy always says the best fish to catch is one swimming in Crisco!

Heres a video of a guy using live bait on drop shot rigs on multiple rods while strolling with the trolling motor. Im not going to bore any holes in my Basscat deck but you could make a multiple rod setup out of plywood or other material. You could also use artificial instead of live bait and fish the same way. Very effective under bridges in summertime they say.

I like to striper fish as well as crappie fish. I had a person make me a multiple rig out of aluminum. It anchors to the rear seat and can hold up to six rods… will send pics if you would like
