You can get a bolt on upgrade for the Pop Axle option that BCB offers. I mention because that can be an option for you. You dont need to put the GoJaks on until the tires are already thru the door opening. The reason I say this is you cannot roll the GoJaks over the lip and you cannot move the boat w/ the truck when the GoJaks are on the trailer. If you try and move it w/ the truck while having the GoJaks on the trailer you will have to jack the trailer up with a floor jack to get the GoJaks out from underneath the trailer….at least that is what my friend tried it told me (just trust me on that one…alright it was me ). I dont know about the cheap ones. I was told to not try a bunch of different options and just buy the GoJaks because that is what I would end up with in the long run and it would save me some money. So I boughtem and never looked back. I know of no less than 5 sets that I have sold since I bought mine by showing them to people that was looking for a solution. They are that easy! It doesnt matter which axle you put them on but you want it on the same axle on both sides of the trailer. It all depends on which axle you want the boat to rotate on and your room and layout will determine that. I use them on the front axle but my buddy needed to use them on the rear axle. He said he couldnt get it to line up like he wanted as easy on the front axle. So either will work. LMC, I have the Pop-Axle on my trailer, ordered it that way and it is the way to go. My house is basically an “L” shape with a left hand 90 degree turn to get into the garage. It takes me 2 minutes tops extra to store or hook up and go with the Pop axle. I took some 4″ X 4″ lumber, basically a fence post and cut them to about 24″ long a piece and cut an angle on each of them to use as ramps, they also double as my chocks both in the garage and out. Anyway, they are simple to use and I stuff, I mean stuff a 08 Cougar FTD into a 2 car garage. I had to kick my wifes mini-van out to do it but the Pop-Axle works for me. Had 1 Puma a few years ago that did not have it and it was tough to store in my situation. After having the Pop-Axle on my last 2 boats though it is the only way to go. They work great!! and allows me to manuever a tandem axle 20 footer like a single axle trailer. Either the Pop Axle or the Go-Jacks are good, my only experience is with the Pop Axle. Judd, I found small pic of BCBs pop axle but cant tell much from pic. Can you give more detail. What I am actually trying to do is spin boat around 90deg. in drive way disconnected from truck and line up with door opening. (garage door opens to drive way along property line not toward street, neighbors lawn to close to make turn with trailer connected to truck). When I get trailer in position in front of door Im good to go. I dont need to maneuver trailer inside garage only get it in line to push into garage. Does this make any sense at all, not very good at explaining what I am trying to accomplish. Thanks again, Mackey

Mackey, Here is a link to pictures and a description on how they work. I cant see the pictures, I hope work is blocking them and they are still there. Let me know if you cant because I think we can get you some pictures. I do understand what you are saying and GoJaks or Pop Axle will do what you are looking for. GoJaks jack up and the pop axle requires the front axle to be loaded to put the pin in. As Chris mentioned above, driving up on a 4×4 will load it enough to pin it up. JL
