We dont torque them new, as you have to set the shank splines into the shackles. The heads set in flush, then make sure you get the locking nuts tight and you will be fine. The U-Bolts underneath are another just tension them well situation. Not every bolt we use has a torque setting. These have indicators on the main bolts and check the heads. BCB
