Replacing Lowrance with Hummingbird

Will on of the Hummingbird 900 series depth finders fit in place of a Lowrance X17m in dash? Or will there be some gaps? Thanks

The x17 is .1 taller (bottom cut to top cut) than the Hbird. You might be able to cover that up easily but not sure as I have never done it. I can tell you I sure like my 997. Judd Lasiter
