Hey Ice, Yep, most every Pro XS motor will “buzz” a little due to the solid (as opposed to rubber core) motor mounts. Most do it at the point the motor is just kind of floating and loose – usually at the point where there is no steering torque, the trim angle is just right, and the stars and planets are perfectly aligned. My 08 was a real buzzer, you could hear it coming from way, way down the lake. My 09 – not so much. It just now, after 160 hours, started buzzing. Nothing to worry about, as long as the “buzz” doesnt change – then you need take a look around. Good that you checked all the bolts. Not a bad idea for everyone every few weeks of hard use.
