Also, if it has any installation parts, do they come with it?

I think it does fit the 07s , All you need is a drill & 4 Stainless machine screws & taps, if u want to permantly mount it. there is a “mounting” rail on ea. side with two holes, if you want to use em. It fits snug, & becomes part of the boat. Personally I didnt like the “Step Up” ( Im Obese haha) with it installed, so I took it out & never used it.
