“Family” help… torquemaster lower unit

Im one of a six man team that is going to the B.A.S.S. bass club world championship in Shreveport,LA Oct. 8th – 13th.Im one of three boaters for our team.Here is my problemI took out my lower unit and driveshaft on Lake Champlain.I ordered the same from Mercury through my dealer and was told they are on back order until Sept 28( close but could work) Today we called Mercury to confirm and the date has moved to Oct 8th.(doesnt work at all) I Need to leave Ma. on the 6th(its 1500 miles)I was hoping someone might have one. I have to beleive that there must be one out there.Or does anyone have a contact name and number at Mercurythat I could beg and plead with?My motor is an “05 pro XS 225 with torquemaster gearcase.Im obviously dissapointed as this will be my biggest tourney.Anyone who could help or ask their dealer would be appreciated.Bob Olinski

Bobcat, Thank You for forwarding the information last week. It has been hand delivered to a Mercury representative, and that was conveyed internally to Fon du lac. Thus we have moved forward with trying to secure a gearcase for you on this matter. If you hear anything, please let us know ASAP. We have a fair amount of confidence, that it is in the best hands it can be in now.We dont know if we goter dun~ though we tried and will follow up on our end. BCB
