Good question, i immediately was like yeah they are, but after seeing the events sanctioned under the 2012 quest guidlines, it makes no mention of the everstarts. BASS Elites, FLW and American Fishing events run under their own separate programs and details are available to those competitors who are participating in those specific events, as Professionals and Semi Professionals. I guess you may need to talk directly with them. Seems I need to find out more on this myself…. Good Luck this year. I have the Potomac and the Upper Bay everstarts on my calendar!
