Anyone have any favorite old lures that are no longer in production, but they still catch alot of fish on them? Just got back from a trip where we wacked them on old Dalton Specials. Made me wonder what other old baits i have that will still catch fish.
Prior to the OI starting I had told Rick I was doing OK cranking up smallies on a Suddeth Little Earl. Of course that pattern shut of like a light switch on me LOL. Its a great crankbait for those long tapering points.
John, had the same thing happen to me at the OI.Was getting lots of fish on Hot-n-Tots and Lazy Ikes.Not that the Hot-N-Tots are old but not used very much with all of the sexy shad colors that are out there.
