Had the new holes drilled in my fury prop for better holeshot its a 2008 puma merc 250 pro xs. now Im getting blowout on take off. I can feather the throttle just before the nose breaks over to stop it. Is this normal? Dident do that before. The holeshot is better. Boat also seems a little less stable on plane bot sure need to play with it some more. Any info on this would be great. Havent touched the motor height.
Yea, restrict the ventilation by adding a PVS plug with the next size smaller restriction to the hub. Start one at a time and restrict it first doing one hole at a time, then going smaller till you get the desired hole shot.
