Customized options on a BCB Trailer and access

BCB has several options that have been inquired about and it seemed easier to just list those here. 1. Pivot Tongue - standard on many and available on all trailers 2. Drop Back Tongue - allows pivot tongue to be shortened back under the boat nose, and requires bow tube (roller) to stand up straighter reducing strength. 3. Narrow Frame - trailers may be narrowed to a custom request as narrow as boat beams at in the rear for more clearance. The boat does raise higher on the trailer and require more ramp depth to load/unload. This gives maximum garage door clearance. 4. Pivot Bow Stop - A dual roller Yoke assembly that pivots on the 2"x2" front bow tube. The purpose is steeper transitioned ramps and flatter vehicle areas which raise the nose of the trailer, while leaving the vehicle flatter. The pivot bow allows shallower loading and less hull transition as the yoke cams over the mounted tube area. The front roller catches the bow right against the Bow Eye and the rotation places a rear mounted roller against the hull, on the back arm of the Y Yoke assembly. Requires customer mounted spring of choice or rubber bungee style strap to pull Yoke rearwards against pins. Pins are adjustable on three locations depending on ramp requirements. Time for use, no time required once pin locations determined. 5. PoP Axle - requires spring suspension on 2x2 axle with tube mounted L lip arms that suspend the Axle mid air via a manual method. The owner pulls forward onto a set of 4x4 blocks and the front axle is then compressed on the springs. Removal of the pins allows the tube sliders to move rear wards with the L Lip arms holding the axle in the compressed state. Backing the rig rearward places the front axle in contact on the L Lip arms and held suspended mid air and using only the rear axle for moving around in single axle mode. Tongue weight is increased substantially and caution on seating jack pivot pin is to be noted, preventing injury to operator. This allows easier movement into and around garage locations that require angling of the boat for storage or accesses. 6. Dual Back Up lights - standard only on Jaguar models and available on all trailers for better ramp visibility and storage lighting. 7. Triple Clear Coats - Available for better chip resistance and depth on PPG urethane clear coats. Suggested for particular customers and long towing use to better preserve paint integrity. 8. Spare Hub Assembly - added hub in spare tire area which is non brake, for emergency use should bearings fail. Requires locking out of brakes to prevent coupler activation of calipers. Brake Hub assemblies are available, not suggested, and all spare hubs are grease hubs and not Vault style thixotropic lube. 9. Color Option - trailers are selected in base color chosen to match boat deck or body styles. Customer may choose a preferred color and white is only an option with dual clear coats, triple suggested due to increased show of rock pitting. 10. Fender Color - Matches deck color on boat standard. May be selected to match Optional Console third color option with same color fee, or another unused color may be selected special with another added color fee. 11. Striping Colors - Stripe colors are matched to pin and trim colors on the boat. Special colors allowed to be requested if similar colors are stock items. If requested colors are not stock colors, then special colors not allowed due to increased part numbers in system. 12. 3" Jack Plate - this options is a boat option using the 3" SlideMaster or 4" hydraulic jackplates for reduced storage lengths. Shortening lengths 5" to 4" depending on choice and giving manimum garage storage space requirements. 13. Removable Trolling Motor Plate - allows removal of the trolling motor via a pinned plate which requires stowage on front deck when parked. Trolling motor must be secured in transit. Give user more nose clearance on trolling motors that overhang the boats bow. There are a limited number of other tweaks they do as custom. This should help everyone to be brought up to date on options available upon request on trailers. BCB
