A-10

I recently updated my dash from the BP-101 and everything worked perfectly, and now the bilge pumps and horn suddenly stopped working while just sitting in the driveway, but everything else works fine. I get absolutely no kind of reaction on the A-10, I tried unplugging the dash and plugging it back in to no avail. I checked and I am getting no voltage at the leads going to the pumps, have not got to the horn yet. Any suggestions of something I forgot would be appreciated.
