Bearing seal blown out

On of the bearing seals on my 2018 Eyra blew out. I called service and was told to contact Dexter Axel and they would take care of me and send out a new hub. That was last week and I am still trying to work things out. I have to fill out a form and send in pictures of the seal, trailer identification badge. No big deal but they are only going to send out parts to rebuilt the hub. Installation is at my expense or time. I was also told that it was ok to still use the trailer to go fishing but I really do not trust that or want to get stranded on the side of the road. So as it stands I have put in everything that they have told me to do and I have not heard back and don't know when I will get parts to fix the boat. Griping and dead on land with my boat.... Has anyone dealt with this before? Elwood

Elwood, We will handle anything within the two years of warranty and above Dexter’s input. Curious with a 2018 why the dealership is not engaged as they can file a warranty.

I have not contacted the dealer….EK because he is 100 miles away and I am not sure of how to get the boat to him to engage. I called you guys and as always you where very helpful. If you feel like it is safe to make a one way trip to EK’s I will take the boat to him and drop it off. I am going to have him install a HDS 12 Live and he could get both done at once. The hub is still tight and never got warm the one time I did take it about 5 miles down the road. Please advise……
