New – Pantera Classic/Pantera II??

Wow? I have a 2001 Pantera III w/200hp Optimax and guessed towing weight at approx. 4300# or so. Am I that far off as boat, motor, trailer rigged should be higher than the mid 3,000# – at least I think?

I figured 3800 ish with 3 inch trailer (certificate of origin says 945 for trailer). So say 4000 with 4 inch for Classic. I’d guess 200 less for P2.

Listed hull weight is 1425lbs for the p2  and 1550 on the classic, if you did a 4″ trailer I would think they would be in the 1500 lb range. So the boat and trailer are already at 3k on those rigs… Engines are 500lb… batteries fuel gear options, trolling motor… easily another 1000… I’d expect one to weigh in around 4000 lbs. Could save some weight if thats an issue with the 3″ frame, and or a single axle on the p2…

I had my 2010 PII weighed.  It was 3750 without any fishing gear and minimal gas.  It did have a TM and fishfinder.

Thats about right. I figured mine (PII) with dual consoles and dual power poles would be 3800-4000lbs. Trailer, boat, gear, and fuel.
