On a 2018 model we believe you have the ATen panel which is the small round panel. All power to lights goes through that panel, which regulates time of operation, voltage and operates the security system. Check voltage coming out of that panel. If there is no out on the same wire color (white with a stripe) then you have a panel issue likely and service can assist you.

That is the Interactive panel and the panel is probably the issue if there’s no power out for the box lights. It controls all the power needs.

I checked it with a meter and read 0.7 from the white/red stripe wire that runs the lights. They are LED but not sure the voltage should be this low. Check meter on battery first to make sure it worked. Battery test was 12.6 so I know it is reading right.

Getting only .07 volts points the problem at the control panel. It will need to be replaced as per BCB’s comment.

Did you ever find a fix! I have the same model and mine started this light night! I’ve look everywhere and can’t find the problem! Everything else on my boat works correct!

I haven’t yet. Called BCB but the guy I got had no clue how to help me. I’m going to call back today and see if I can get Alan I think.

Warranty runs out two years from purchase. I guess this has now become a $399 fix or re-wire the light.

Call and ask for Richard in Service and see if he can assist. He should know routing on the ATen panel and the items which prevent the panels operation. You may be out nothing and you may be out some, though let’s figure it out first.

Talk with Richard in Parts. He said there is an apparent problem with 2018 control panels. Even though mine is out of warranty he sent me one at no charge!  You know you bought the right brand boat when they stand behind it like this!!!
