Move Suzuki 200SS to Pantera Classic

I already have a 2019 Suzuki 200SS, trolling motor, poles, graphs, inboard charger, batteries etc.  I am dealing with a warranty issue on another boat and the manufacture potentially is buying back just the hull.   Can you build / purchase a Bass Cat with just the boat itself?  Looking at the Pantera Classic as a good fit for myself.  I have a local boat shop that would move everything over but maybe this work would be required at a Bass Cat dealer?  Unfortunately in PA there aren't any Bass Cat dealers.  The one currently in PA mentioned they will not be selling Bass Cat shortly.   Any potential help or insight would be appreciated!
