2007 puma ftd with 12 rude 250ho

Hey guys just got a 2006 puma ftd with a 2012 evinrude etec 250 ho and I'm looking for info on props and Jack plate height for best performance. Thanks in advance!

From what i know you should be able to spin a 27-28 pitch wheel with ease. The Jack plate height you will need to play with- my 07 likes the plate pretty low. I have a hydraulic Detwiler plate.
