No reply from basscat

Hello,  does anybody else have trouble getting Basscat to reply to a message sent via “CONTACT ?”

We forwarded your memo yesterday to a service regarding GelCoat. This staff is not located inside the facility. Unknown to us, the individual managing that account now is on vacation and others were tied up. You’re welcome to please contact service via phone when you have a request like this. The staff gets tied up on the phone and the emails can stack a bit.
