Thank you BCB Service Crew!

I feel that these folks deserve another shout out. I have recently had several issues to deal with on my Rig. I've probably been bugging the heck out of them and the service/parts crew at Bass Cat is such a pleasure to talk with. The fact that they are available to the general public and when you call you actually get to speak with a pleasant, helpful person is such a refreshing experience in this day and age. Not only can you call and talk to them but they know what they are talking about and have parts for older as well as newer rigs. One more reason to stay with BCB. 25 years and counting! I know this is nothing new and I have told them in person over the phone how much I appreciate it but its something that still gets overlooked by most. I concur wholeheartedly with Shap. The staff at BassCat assisted me so many times in answering questions and providing suggestions on building my new BassCat Puma STS. They have on all occasions been helpful, professional, friendly, and polite. I have not yet received my new Puma STS, but I will hopefully have it in a few weeks. I sincerely love BassCat boats!
