Replace 750 Pumps (Yellow Housing) with 1000s? I have 6 total pumps (2 bilge pumps)

 

Looks like the 750s are not available?

You should be fine doing that. There is internal circuit protection that could overload sooner as they age.

Circuit protection on the control board? Should only potentially have an issue with both 1000s running for bilge right?

As electronics age, so does the circuitry. As those components age, the loads they withstand does also, just like old switches. We think you should be fine with 2 – 1000 GPH cartridges, though one and one will be safety if you have an operational cartridge. The aerators and pump in and out ports will be fine with 1000 GPH to our knowledge.
