So bilige went out and i pushed down the little lever so i can get a new cartridge and it wont turn i tried almost everything i have and it wont move. Any tips or tricks would be helpful.

Sounds like the cartridge has swelled and it is locked in. Try using channel locks to grasp the wings and twist, then pull up. It may be that the housing is also needed.
