Extra accessories?

2024 Pantera classic noticed I have and open red and black connector wire under dash. I checked the red and it reads 12v when accessory is on.. is this for extra devices ? Radio, electronics ? Etc thankyou mark

There are a couple of wires open to power accessories. Usually there is an open pair on the courtesy light also.
