Been out of town working for a year..just got back and was gonna take my 14 Puma out and run it. Made it a 1/2 mile down the road and saw smoke coming from the port side, rear wheel. Pulled over and the fender is rubbing the tire to the point that it was shaving a groove on the inside.
Back history..had the boat 5 years. Previous owner put 255/55/18 on it. Always knew the tires were a little too wide because when I would hit a bump, my tire guy said it would rub the fender.
Now it’s like the fender is almost laying on the tire.
My question is what is the most likely senecio that caused this? I’m sure the bunk boards are rotting because a couple bolt have back out a little bit. See pics
3rd picture..should this piece be locked down tight or should you be able to move it slightly up and down?
Thanks for the help BCB…this was a real bummer when I was fired up to run my Cat today!
