Reply To: New Prop for Puma FTD

If you don't want to spend the money on a new or other prop and it runs well on the top end, then add 5/16" vent holes in the prop hub.  Raising the engine with a hydraulic jack plate can also significantly help when starting out of the hole.  There are cheaper ways to solve your problem than arbitrarily buying a new or different prop.
