I fish 99% in daytime so rarely need the compartment lights. However, sometimes I like to leave a compartment lid open while I fish or when I’m working on something. I’d like to add a switch in-line so I can completely turn off the compartment lights when a lid is open and the Master Power switch is on. Any ideas on where to access the lead that supplies power to all the compartment lights so I can splice in a switch?
As a alternative, I might just disconnect them all together. Is there somewhere that is easy to access to disconnect them all(other than just detaching the lead from each individual light)?
