05 puma pro trim install

I have an 05 puma, verado with merc power steering. Tilt column. I'm wondering if it's possible to install a pro trim as when I remove the wheel and rubber boot, there is nothing to bolt it to, just a steel steering knuckle for the tilt mechanism.
