There was a PDF archive on the .com though which we don’t see it now. The steering is about engine height on top end, trim below mid range and above that engine height. It should loosen up when trimmed slightly and if it doesn’t it’s either cables or engine height. You should not need much trim on top end.
The aerator should fill the wells and the valve should be on auto or fill for filling. The valve control is located on the right side. There is one aerator that both fills and circulates, and the recirculator just circulates.
There should be no tight steering sitting on the trailer static. If there is then it’s bad cables.
