1998 Pantera II – Merc 200hp EFI

What would be the best overall prop for this rig? I just purchased one from a guy but it's slow out of the hole. Currently running a 25p trophy 4 blade. Prop is in decent shape, no dings or anything major. Any help would be great.

My 04 classic, same hull I believe, had a 200efi and a 25 tempest plus was the best prop for it.
