Some 1999 models have the Lifetime Warranty under a program which was in place in 2000. Most will not have that and only those sold new after January 2000. As for fiberglass, that will depend. The P3 was one of the later to have the all glass, so we doubt it. Only a very few inside BCB could answer that, and you can visually look for a smooth glass finish in the bilge area. BCB
