The BP-101 Dash units are very reliable. There is a chance that the water pressure transducer is faulty which the water pressure hose goes into. There is also a chance that the speedo is simply plugged well. The speed and water pressure hoses both come from the engine. The Speedo goes directly to the dash unit under the console. The Water Pressure unit hose goes into the small black converter box, which is located separate of the console. The speedo comes from the gearcase, towards the front, and runs up to the cowling and out to the dash. The water pressure runs from the power head, to the dash assembly which plugs into the main dash. If you have unplugged your speedometer pitot and it still reads Zero, it has assumed that Zero is the pressure you had on it. Thus it is not registering, though may be working. The directions on resetting the speedo are in the BP-101 manual, or you can read the PDF on the main page link for the BP-101. Check your voltage as a last one. Hope this helps! BCB
