2008 Cougar Suzuki 250SS Concerns?

I'm looking at a 2008 Cougar FTD with a 2018 Suzuki 250SS. Is there anything I should be concerned with this combo? I assume the 2008 hull is sufficient for the extra weight of the 4 stroke? Any idea of a fair price? Motor has less than 100 hours. Boat has 3 Lowrance HDS 12 graphs and Minn Kota Ultrex 80.

No issues other than the performance is off a bit from other brands. The engine is rock solid and has no problems. Propping the rig for hole shot, and not concerning yourself with top end would be one thing you need to think about.
