Here is an Itemized List of some of the 2009 Model Year changes and enhancements.
1. NightStalker Package: LED BlackLights in three per side placed under the rub rail. Pretty Cool feature!
2. New BCB Designed Rub Rail insert. This protects the rub rail from impact and marring and it is retro to earlier models.
3. New tailored Advantage Consoles on Cougar, Pantera II and Sabre Advantage models. Molded gauge and key pocket wells. The console design allows RAM mount of larger LCR’s
4. New Puma FTD, with back deck of Cougar FTD and Front deck of a Puma. The front recess well also has the steps and buoy marker pockets of the Cougar FTD. Fuel capacity is 52 gallons in traditional twin tanks.
5. Redesigned 20′ hull to utilize on the Cougar Advantage Elite, all 20′ hulls match in 2009.
6. New gauges for all engine brands. SC Gauges with new face inserts, Totally new BRP gauges and Yamaha Command Link gauges with fuel monitor.
7. Southco Latches (SS) standard on all Premium models (Puma’s, Cougar FTD and P4). Option on others.
8. Stainless Steel screw in drain plus (not plastic) on Premium Models. Status not disclosed on other groups.
9. Added Golden Rule to all Advantage and Premium models
10. Master Power Switch and Livewell Control Valve standard on all models, by request!
11. Plastic Drain grids in floors for better drainage and volume. No more bending aluminum grids.
12. LED recessed Bow Light on Puma FTD.
13. 8″ Jack Plates on all models.
14. Extension post (seat) holders on all Premiums models.
15. Seats improved again in 2009.
16. BCB logos added to boat step and trailers with Grab Post.
17. Mooring Cleats now on all Advantage and Premium models.
18. 12 volt SpotLight LED on Premium and Advantage models. Removable and rechargeable.
19. SONY EXplode Marine Stereo with iPod jack cabling and rear input for Zune or MP3 players.
This one ROCKS!
20. TorqX Axles on all BCB models in Bass and Bay models. (NO Oil Bath Hubs! )
21. Rocca Wheels (available later in ’09) Claws still available.
22. Different fender trim on all BCB fenders in ’09.
23. Bass Cat Double Up continues for 2009, with Matching program still through Fall of 2009.
24. Sure there are more little details, such as the new Bass Cat Tournament Jersey and such. Though this is a starter!
