Topic: 2010 Quest Program

Please be advised that the 2010 Quest program is not yet released and the 2009 format will be revised as were all prior years. From this point forwards the 2009 program will end in December and a new 2010 format will be published here. Note that Section M of the program is not active in 2010, and the remainder of the program will function until the 2010 guidelines are presented. Within the next 20 days it should be completed, by February first we hope. BCB

In light of our delay we are operating under the 2009 program until we get the newer version updated. Sorry we are taking so long! Though this should cover everyone till we get a newer version up! BCB
